There a few ways that you can use our help center the best way will depend on what you are looking to find 👀
Searching Keywords - You are able to search keywords when you are viewing an article or when you are on the main page of the help center. This is the best option if you know exactly what you are looking for! While you are reading this or any other article there should be a little search bar at the very top of the article if you are using your phone or in the top right hand corner if you are on a laptop/computer. You can search keywords in here and you will be shown all of the articles that contain that word 😁
Browsing in Sections - There are a bunch of key sections within the help center that we have grouped related articles in. If you don't know exactly what you're looking for then we recommend taking a look through the articles in the section that is best suited to your question! The "New Players" section is great place to start if you are new to Goldslips, here you will find some nice tips and tricks to kickstart your journey with us 🙌
Suggested Articles - Once you have finished reading an article within the help center if it hasn't fully answered your question you will be able to see some related articles at the very bottom! Take a look through these to see if your answer is in there 😊
