What does RTP mean?

Updated over 4 months ago

RTP (Return to Player) is a term used to describe the theoretical percentage of Fun Coins or Gold Slips that are returned to you over a long-term period 🎉

For example, if a game has an RTP of 95%, it means that, on average, for every 100 played Gold Slips, the game will pay back 95 to you over a long length of time.

There are some key tips to remember! 💡

  • All games here at Goldslips have different RTPs, between 88.5 and 97%.

  • RTP is calculated based on long-term play, so an RTP will vary greatly in a short playing session. It can take a lot of spins to get the estimated RTP, and even then, there are no guarantees. Goldslips and our games are a game of chance. Wins are random and cannot be manipulated.

  • With any of our games at Goldslips, you will experience gameplay days where you are hot and some days not so much. Because wins are randomly generated, this will always be true.

Understanding RTP’s is one of a few ways to help you make informed decisions about your gameplay, and we aim to keep our players informed! 🤓

If you’d like to see what the specific RTPs are for each game you can find out here or they are available to view when clicking on the information button within the game itself!
