If you did receive the email then there are a few tips and tricks to make sure you can claim it!
Make sure you are entering the code on a coin bundle that it is compatible with, if you are unsure which coin bundles the code is available on then take a look back in your emails and it should let you know 📧
Make sure you are using the correct spelling, we get it, typos happen to everyone so double check that you are entering the code exactly as you received it in your emails (this includes using the correct mix of upper and lowercase letters) ✍️
Make sure you click on the check mark, you may have entered the code perfectly but missing the final step will mean you’re unable to claim it! So be sure to click on the check mark to make the promo code field turn ✅
Double check that the code is still available to claim, often our codes are only available for a short period of time so it’s possible that the promotion has already expired - you can double check this in the Terms and Conditions found in your emails! If the code has expired then be sure to be on the lookout for the next offer available for you ⏳
