How will I know when my account has been KYC verified?

Once you account has been successfully KYC approved at either the purchase or redemption stage, we will send you an email letting you know πŸ™Œ

If you haven't received an email within 48 hours of submitting your application, login to your Goldslips account to double check that you haven't already been approved before reaching out to our support team through the online chat or by emailing [email protected] ☺️

We may have already reached out requesting additional information, so be sure to keep an eye out in your emails while you are waiting to be verified 😁
