Sometimes our team may need you to send us a screenshot of an issue you are having so that we can better assist you, or you may receive a big win and you want to be able to share this with us or your friends π₯

A screenshot allows us to see a picture of what is showing on your screen π
Depending on your phone, the way to take a screenshot is different!

1. Apple iPhone
iPhone with Face ID (no Home button)
Press the Side button + Volume Up button at the same time.
Release quickly.
A thumbnail appears in the bottom-left corner β tap it to edit or swipe to save automatically.
iPhone with Home button
Press the Home button + Side/Top button simultaneously.
Release quickly.
Edit or swipe away the thumbnail to save automatically.
2. Android Phone
(Note: exact buttons may vary by brand)
Press the Power button + Volume Down button at the same time.
Hold for a second, then release.
Screenshot is saved in the Gallery/Photos app.
Some Android phones also allow:
Swipe gesture: Swipe the edge of your hand across the screen (Samsung, some others).
Quick settings: Pull down the notification bar and tap Screenshot.
3. MacBook (macOS)
Entire screen:
Command (β) + Shift + 3Portion of the screen:
Command (β) + Shift + 4, then click and drag to select areaWindow only:
Command (β) + Shift + 4, then press Spacebar, then click the window
Screenshots are saved on your Desktop by default.
4. Windows Computer
Entire screen: Press PrtScn (Print Screen) β paste into Paint, Word, or email
Active window only: Press Alt + PrtScn β paste into an app
Portion of screen (Windows 10/11): Press Windows + Shift + S β select area β screenshot copied to clipboard
Screenshots can also automatically save in Pictures β Screenshots if using Windows + PrtScn.
