How do I redemption verify my account?

Congratulations! You're ready to make your first redemption with us.πŸŽ‰ Completing redemption verification is easy and shouldn't take to long.πŸ˜‰

You will first need to have completed purchase verification, if you haven't yet done this you can find more information on how to complete this here.

To begin your redemption verification simply click on the "Redeem" button on the main menu before clicking on the "Start Now" button.

First you will be asked to complete a liveness check, this simply means you will need to take a video of yourself in real time. To do this you will need to use the camera on the device that you are verifying your account on. Make sure that you are in a space with good lighting, and take your time to complete this step. You will need to follow the instructions on the screen and move your head in the directions indicated.🫨

Once you have completed this, you will need to upload documents to show the proof of your address, there are a number of documents that you can use for this including:

  • Your bank statement

  • Your utility bills (not older than 12 months)

  • Your Internet/cable TV/house phone line bills

  • Your tax returns

  • Your council tax bills

  • Your government-issued certificates of residence

Please note, we cannot accept your driver's license for proof of address if you used this to complete purchase verification. We also cannot accept the following:

  • Screenshots

  • Mobile phone bills

  • Receipts for purchases

  • Insurance statements

  • Medical bills

If you are completing verification on a phone, you will be able to take a photo of the document or select the photos from your camera roll, if you are using a computer you will be able to upload the file by dragging and dropping them into the downloads box, or selecting the files. If you are on a computer you will also be given the option to continue verification on your phone, to do this simply click on the "Continue on phone" option and scan the QR code shown on your screen.πŸ’ͺ

You can then review the documents that you have uploaded and submit your purchase verification application. Your account should be reviewed and if everything is okay you will be able to request your redemption within 48 hours.
