We aim to make the redemption process as easy as possible for you!π
Once you have over 50 won Gold Slips and you are ready to redeem them simply head over to the "Redeem" page located on the main menu.
If you haven't completed both purchase and redemption verification successfully yet you will need to complete these before you are able to request your redemption we have included the links below on how to complete these steps.βΊοΈ
On the redemption page, you will be able to choose options:
Option 1 - Rapid Redemption (Debit Card)
If you choose to make a redemption to your Debit Card, your winnings will hit your account within 24 hours of our Support Team approving your redemption, but there will be a 5% fee deducted from your redemption!
Note: We approve ACH and Rapid Redemptions during our Customer Support office hours. The processing times start once our Customer Support team confirms the redemption. We do not process redemptions on weekends and Public Bank Holidays.

Option 2- ACH 5-7 Business Days (Bank Account)
If you choose to make a redemption to your Bank Account, search for and select your bank. Log in to your online banking account to connect it. From there, redeem the amount wanted and your winnings will hit your account up to 5-7 business days once approved by our team!
Please make sure you double check all of your details before submitting to ensure the redemption is sent to the correct account, and that there are no delays.β³
Once you have submitted your details, these will be stored on your account so you will not have to re-enter them in the future unless you want to change the bank account or the debit card your redemption is sent to.
You will then be able to enter the number of won Gold Slips that you would like to redeem, you will be able to see the total number available to you on the redemption page. You can then request your redemption.π
Our team will then review your request and if everything is all good to go, we will approve the request and pass your redemption through to our intermediary so it can get sent to your account.π₯
We aim to have all successful redemptions in your account within 5-7 working days (Bank Redemption) or 24 hours (Debit Card Redemption).π
