If you're taking a look on the redemptions page and you can see that your redemption has succeeded but it isn't in your account/on your card yet there's no need to worry ๐ฎโ๐จ
Once our team have approved your redemption request, it will show as succeeded on the redemptions page, your redemption will still need to be sent to your bank account or your debit card through our intermediary processor!
If you have redeem via your Bank Account, it will go into your account within 5-7 working days since your redemption has shown as successful. If you have redeemed via Debit Card, it will go into your account within 24 hours when successful!
