What happens if I am permanently disabled?

If your Goldslips account has been permanently disabled, you will no longer be able to:

  • Login to your account

  • Reactivate your account

  • Create and play on a new account

  • Receive any existing redemption requests

At the time your account is permanently disabled, any Fun Coins or Gold Slips in your account will also be removed.


Why Accounts Are Permanently Disabled

Permanent account closure is a decision made by Goldslips staff when an individual is found to be violating the Terms and Conditions of the site.

This is different from a break, self-exclusion, or permanent closure that is chosen by you to temporarily or permanently close your account.

Permanently disabling accounts is not taken lightly, but it is sometimes necessary to maintain a safe and fair environment for all players.
