We can’t guarantee an exact timeframe for how long it will take for your account to become verified, it could be as quick as 10 minutes however we do aim for a 48 hour turnaround if your documents are all submitted correctly! 💪

Try and take photos of all of your documents in a clear space with heaps of light! The better the quality of photos, the easier it will be for them to be approved! 💡
If you ID happens to be damaged, it makes it harder to get approved. If you have another form of ID that isn’t damaged, we recommend that you use this one! 🪪
During your liveness check, take your time. Moving your head around slowly will allow the camera to capture you! It's also helpful to be in the light for this too. 📸
