There may be a few reasons why your documents are struggling to upload, here's our best list of tips to help:
You might have used all the storage on your device! See if there are some images or files you can delete from your storage and then try again āļø
Maybe your photos are turning out blurry! If possible try taking your photos on another device (borrow a friend's) and send them to your device šø
Try and take photos of all your documents, in a clear space, with light! A clear, well-lit photo is accepted almost instantly compared to a blurry photo in the dark š”
If your ID is damaged, it's unlikely to be accepted. An ID, that we can clearly see your name and photo of you is super helpful for a speedy acceptance šŖŖ
During your liveness check, take your time. Moving your head around slowly will allow the camera to capture you! It's also helpful to be in the light for this too š¤³
