There may be a few reasons why your documents are struggling to upload, here's our best list of tips to help:
You might have used all the storage on your device! See if there are some images or files you can delete from your storage and then try again ✌️
Maybe your photos are turning out blurry! If possible try taking your photos on another device (borrow a friend's) and send them to your device 📸
Try and take photos of all your documents, in a clear space, with light! A clear, well-lit photo is accepted almost instantly compared to a blurry photo in the dark 💡
If your ID is damaged, it's unlikely to be accepted. An ID, that we can clearly see your name and photo of you is super helpful for a speedy acceptance 🪪
During your liveness check, take your time. Moving your head around slowly will allow the camera to capture you! It's also helpful to be in the light for this too 🤳
