Once you have submitted a redemption request there are a few things that happen!
First our team will review your redemption request to make sure that everything is all looking good with your account ☺️
If everything is A-Okay then we will approve your redemption request and pass on your details to our intermediary processor who will be sending the redemption to you 😁
You should then see the redemption in your account within 7 working days 🎉
